1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order through the Luxor Research website at luxorresearch.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Sale. These Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and Luxor Research regarding any purchase made through the Site.

2. Product Use Restriction

All products sold by Luxor Research are intended for laboratory and research purposes only. Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, or household use. By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that you understand this restriction and will comply with it fully.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. Luxor Research reserves the right to cancel or modify any order placed at an incorrect price. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change at any time.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Luxor Research reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs only when the product has been shipped.

6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. By submitting your payment information, you authorize Luxor Research to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

7. Shipping

8. Shipment Protection

Every order placed through Luxor Research includes free shipment protection. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will reship the order at no additional cost to you. Claims must be submitted by contacting [email protected].

9. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, Luxor Research does not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is genuinely damaged upon arrival. Refund requests for damaged products must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund. 10. Certificates of Analysis

Luxor Research provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch of product sold. COAs verify purity, identity, and potency through third-party HPLC testing and mass spectrometry conducted at U.S.-based laboratories. COAs are available on our Certificates of Analysis page.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxor Research shall not be liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products, including but not limited to use outside of laboratory or research settings. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

12. Modifications

Luxor Research reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site or placement of orders after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
