Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know about how we ship, protect, and handle returns for your orders.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 0–2 business days from the time your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Luxor Research ships within the United States. Shipping speed and cost depend on the method selected at checkout. Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. All packages are shipped with discreet packaging — no product names or branding will be visible on the exterior of the package.

Shipment Protection

Every order placed through Luxor Research includes free shipment protection at no additional cost. If your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we will reship your order at no charge. To file a shipment protection claim, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Claims for damaged packages should include photographic evidence.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research-grade products, Luxor Research does not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is genuinely damaged upon arrival. We take quality seriously — all products are third-party tested and include a Certificate of Analysis.

Damaged Product Claims

If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. To submit a claim, you must contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the delivery date. Your claim must include your order number, a description of the damage, and photographic evidence. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be eligible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of claim approval. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchanges

Luxor Research does not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged product and your claim is approved, you may choose to receive a refund or a reshipment of the same product at no cost.
